Let me introduce myself: I'm Sid. I like to make stuff. I paint and draw. I wander around aimlessly with my camera and calling it "workout". I sew as a way to relax and generally find it pleasurable to make things out of nothing.
For the past decade or so, or maybe my whole life, I've been dreaming up a world, a whole universe even. With people and stories and soul. It keeps growing, with every fascination, obsession and weird dream I have. For years I struggled finding the right medium to bring it to life. Nothing seemed right, nothing did it justice. What I really wanted was a magic portal that'll transport people there and let them explore it. I realised that what I really wanted was a video game. I know nothing about making video games!
Perfect. Challenge accepted! This blog will follow me on my quest to learn the magic words (code) to open a portal to that world. But it will also follow my life and my thoughts. Don't expect it to always make sense. It won't. And that's okay.
